Community guidelines
MotoRides works because riders can trust each other. These are the house rules.
Be honest
- Pick the riding level that's true, not the one you'd like. Groups plan their pace around it.
- Use your own photos and your own name for yourself.
- Describe rides as they'll really be: the pace, the distance, the kind of roads.
Be decent
- No harassment, threats, hate, or abuse, in chats, ratings or anywhere else.
- No sexual content, and no unwanted advances. MotoRides is not a dating app.
- Rate riders on how they ride and how they treat the group, never on looks.
- Respect people's privacy. Never post someone's home, plate or personal details.
Ride responsibly
- No street racing, stunts on public roads, or content that celebrates reckless riding.
- Never ride after drinking. Bars on the map are stops, not invitations.
- Meet in public places, and keep meet points away from people's homes.
Keep it real
- No spam, ads or selling, unless it's a place riders genuinely use.
- Only add places and routes that exist and that you'd recommend.
- One account per person.
When something's wrong
Report the rider from their profile, and block them if you don't want to hear from them again. Reports go to the founder, who reads every one and aims to act within a day. Breaking these rules can get content removed or an account suspended. If someone is in danger, call the emergency services first: 112 in Europe.
